In January 2013 Spain will be hosting the Men’s World Championship. As in total eleven teams have already qualified for this event through their continental championships, now the final period of the qualification will start in Europe, Pan-America and Oceania. 13 tickets to Spain are yet to be decided.

The Oceania play-off final Australia vs. New Zealand will be played on 22/23 June. The winner of this encounter qualifies for Spain 2013.

The Pan-American Championship in Buenos Aires, Argentina, will be held from 18 to 25 June. Ten teams (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, USA, Greenland, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Paraguay, Uruguay and Venezuela) compete in the Argentine capital. Defending champion is Argentina; the three medallists book their ticket for the 2013 Men’s World Championship.

In Europe in total nine allocated places will be decided in the play-off matches, which will be played on 9/10 and 16/17 June. The winners qualify for the World Championship:
Lithuania vs. Poland, Russia vs. Czech Republic, Slovenia vs. Portugal, Slovakia vs. Belarus, FYR Macedonia vs. Austria, Hungary vs. Poland, Iceland vs. Netherlands, Germany vs. Bosnia and Herzegovina, Sweden vs. Montenegro

Those teams have already qualified for the 2013 Men’s World Championship:
