The Romanian left back, born on 26th of August 1988, was only 18 years old, when she started in the first Romanian league and has played – despite of her young age – even 72 international matches for the Romanian women’s national team (and scored 266 goals). After she had started with basketball, she turned to handball at the age of 12 and played for the CSS Bucharest club. At the age of 16 she changed to the Romanian top club Rulmentul Brasov, where she became national player in the youth team.

Steffen Fäth in Focus



The German left back, born on 4th of April 1990, took his biggest successes in the youth and juniors national teams. Currently Fäth plays for VfL Gummersbach on club level and had just qualified for the finals of the European Cupwinner’s Cup. One year ago, when Fäth played for the Rhein Neckar Löwen, he participated in the EHF Champions League semi finals. In the next season Fäth will play for the German team HSG Wetzlar.
