Seven youth and four junior national teams will participate in the Men's IHF Trophy Continental Phase Europe, which will take place from 14 to 18 January 2025 in the capital of Kosovo, Prishtina. The winners of both competitions will secure their berths to the Men's IHF Trophy Intercontinental Phase.

In the youth (U18) tournament, seven teams are divided into two groups. Georgia, Great Britain, Cyprus and Albania compete in Group A, while Bulgaria, Kosovo and Moldova form Group B. The two best teams from each group will proceed to the semi-finals, which are scheduled for 17 January. The third-place match and the final will be held on 18 January.

In the junior (U20) competition, there are only four participants: Bulgaria, Cyprus, Great Britain and Kosovo. After the round-robin tournament, the two best teams will fight for the title on 18 January, and the day before, the two other sides will play for the third position.

All the games of both competitions will be staged at the same venue, Palace of Youth and Sports in Prishtina and can be watched on the Official IHF Competitions YouTube channel.
